To the extent a client requires services not offered by TVA, supervising the client’s relationship with other service providers just as a general counsel would do;

Managing the process when a client is ready to be acquired, or to acquire another company, or to spinoff a key technology, or to pursue an initial public offering; and

From positioning the business plan to dividing the equity, evaluating funding opportunities, constructing an advisory board, considering strategic partnerships, and hiring and firing employees and contractors, TVA helps guide the key decisions that will drive the business forward.
